Информируем Вас о том, что в связи с Постановлением № 34 от 04.12.2021 главного государственного санитарного врача Российской Федерации, с 08.12.2021 вносятся следующие изменения в порядок въезда в Российскую Федерацию иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, а именно:
Иностранные граждане и лица без гражданства, вылетающие международными рейсами в аэропорты Российской Федерации, включая пассажиров, следующих транзитом через аэропорты Российской Федерации, для регистрации и посадки на рейс должны предоставить медицинский документ (справку) на русском или английском языках с отрицательным результатом тестирования на COVID-19, сделанным методом ПЦР не ранее чем за два календарных дня (включая день прилета) до прибытия на территорию Российской Федерации.
По состоянию на 08.12.2021 16:00 московского времени в справочник TIMATIC информация по требованиям к ПЦР-тесту не обновлена. До обновления информации в TIMATIC прошу руководствоваться указанной телеграммой.

We inform you that according to the Decision of the Authorities of the Russian Federation, from 08 December 2021 the following changes are made to the procedure of entry to the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons:
Foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving on international flights to the airports of the Russian Federation, including passengers in transit through the airports of the Russian Federation, must provide a medical document (certificate), in Russian or English, with a negative COVID-19 test result for check-in and boarding the flight, made by the PCR method no earlier than two calendar days (including the day of arrival) before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation.
