Информируем вас о том, что в связи с реконструкцией аэропорта в г.Томск, ПАО „Аэрофлот“ отменяет следующие рейсы:
- SU1530 с 02.08.2021 по 24.09.2021
- SU1531 с 03.08.2021 по 25.09.2021
- SU1536 с 01.08.2021 по 24.09.2021
- SU1537 с 02.08.2021 по 25.09.2021
- SU1538/1539 с 02.08.2021 по 25.09.2021
По ранее оформленным а/б на отмененные рейсы под кодом SU в/из TOF в указанные даты разрешается:
- оформление вынужденного возврата по месту их приобретения;
- вынужденное переоформление на условиях телеграммы MOWDUSU 190735 от 19.01.2011 на другие рейсы под кодом SU в/из пунктов OVB, KEJ, KJA (Справочник для агентов, страница 9).
Обращаем внимание, что для авиабилетов и услуг, первоначально оформленных в период до 01.05.2020, сохраняется прежний порядок немонетарного возврата.
Please be informed that due to the reconstruction of the airport in Tomsk, PJSC „Aeroflot“ is canceling the following flights:
- SU1530 from 02.08.2021 to 24.09.2021
- SU1531 from 03.08.2021 to 25.09.2021
- SU1536 from 01.08.2021 to 24.09.2021
- SU1537 from 02.08.2021 to 25.09.2021
- SU1538/1539 from 02.08.2021 to 25.09.2021
For previously booked tickets for canceled flights under the SU code to / from TOF on the indicated dates, the following is allowed:
- to apply for an involuntary refund at the place of purchase;
- involuntary reissuance on the terms of the MOWDUSU 190735 telegram dated 19.01.2011 for other flights under the SU code to / from the points OVB, KEJ, KJA (see SU Handbook, page 10).
Please note that for tickets and services originally issued in the period before 01.05.2020, the previous procedure for non-monetary refunds remains.
